1. What is iCardPreferred?
iCardPreferred is a new program developed to save you time and money. When you purchase an iCardPreferred membership, you are purchasing a wallet-sized plastic card providing you with immediate and generous savings at participating network restaurants and other retail establishments.
2. What types of discounts can I expect when I use my iCard?
Each of our network restaurants will provide a discount - from 20% off your bill to buy one entree, receive one complimentary - when presented with the iCard.
3. How do I use my iCard?
Using your iCard is simple and discreet. When presented with the check, simply place your iCard in the check holder along with your method of payment. On a date? Entertaining a client? The iCard is so discreet that no one will suspect a thing. The iCard makes saying "Let me get this" much easier.
4. What if I am dining alone, or taking my meal to-go?
Many of our network restaurants allow for generous discounts when iCardPreferred members are dining alone or ordering out. Consult our frequently updated network restaurant guide for details on which establishments participate.
5. I want to JOIN RIGHT NOW! How do I become an iCardPreferred card member?
We invite you to visit our secure Membership Page online any time, day or night 24/7/365. You may also contact us Toll-Free at 800-459-0717.
6. How many times will my iCardPreferred membership be honored?
With iCardPreferred.com, there is no limit to the number of times you can use your iCard at each restaurant. You are free to dine as many times as you wish. The same discount will apply each and every time you present your iCard.
7. What happens if I lose my iCard?
If your membership card is lost or misplaced, iCardPreferred will replace your iCard with a new one for a one-time replacement fee of $4.95. If you are on the monthly installment plan, normal monthly charges will resume.
8. It is almost the end of the calendar year and I want to get the most value from my membership. Should I wait until the new year to purchase my iCard?
Don't delay! Join today! Your new iCard will be good for one full year no matter what month you purchase it in.
9. How do I use my iCard?
At the conclusion of your meal, simply include your iCard with your chosen form of payment. Your server will discreetly calculate the deduction and return to your table with an updated check reflecting your savings. There are no embarrassing coupons. It is so discrete, no one will know but you.
10. How much should I tip my server?
At iCardPreferred, our goal is to provide you with the finest selection of member dining establishments. Leaving a gratuity of between 15% and 20% will enable us to maintain a positive relationship and ongoing goodwill between you, our network restaurants and iCardPreferred.com.
11. What is iCardPreferred.com's policy regarding member privacy?
Member information is never sold, rented, leased or otherwise provided to outside parties. Occasionally, iCardPreferred.com or one of our network restaurants, will use your information to inform you of a special offer or update to your existing program.

12. My favorite restaurant is not included. Is there anything I can do?
Yes! If you don't see your favorite restaurant on our list, it may be because they do not know about us yet. iCardPreferred.com was created in 2008. It will take a little while before we are a household name. In the meantime, you can ask to speak to the manager or owner at your favorite restaurant. Politely inquire if they have heard of our program. Invite them to visit us online to find out more about our cost-effective, table-turning, marketing opportunities.
The best advertising is word-of-mouth. We depend on card members like you to spread the word.
15. Are there any other ways I can save with iCardPreferred?
