Our Financial entity has been established to allow capital accumulation for business operations of the Corporation. Investors will participate by subscribing to financial units, at $10,000 per unit, offered through our Private Placement Memorandum. Our objective is to raise $2,000,000.00 U.S.D.
We have projected a 36 month exit strategy. Our investors will receive their original principal plus a thirty percent rate of return compounded annually after 36 months.
An executive summary can be provided upon request. This summary will include our business operations in various geographical regions, the Articles of Incorporation and the Limited Partnership agreement. Our three year financial projection is summarized below:
